1. Our Business Policy
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on eoxox.com between the users of eoxox.com and UAB "Vilaugė".
1.2 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products performed by third parties which are on eoxox.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before sending orders and purchasing products and services from those third parties, we recommend that you verify third party terms and conditions of the web site from which you may be considering purchasing a product, since UAB "Vilaugė" shall under no circumstances be deemed liable for the supply of services provided by third parties or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between the users of eoxox.com and third parties.
1.3 These terms and conditions of sale set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from the eoxox.com. By ordering goods from eoxox.com you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier and producer of the goods featured is UAB "Vilaugė". UAB "VILAUGĖ" is a direct seller of all goods sold on eoxox.com online store according to the contract with UAB "GLOBALTUS". UAB "VILAUGĖ" co-operates with UAB "GLOBALTUS" while managing eoxox.com online store. UAB "GLOBALTUS" is owner of eoxox.com online store. eoxox.com online store is managed and administered by UAB "GLOBALTUS".

2. How to Execute a Contract with eoxox.com
2.1 In order to place an order for the purchase of one or more products on eoxox.com, you must fill out the electronic order form and send it electronically to eoxox.com, following the relevant instructions.
2.2 The order form contains a summary of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, information on the main characteristics of each product ordered and the relevant unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the type of payment that you may use in order to purchase each product, shipping terms for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs and the terms and conditions for the return of purchased products.
2.3 Contract shall be deemed to have been submitted upon the electronic receipt by eoxox.com of your order form.
2.4 Before submitting your order form for the purchase of products, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2.5 The order form will be filed in our data base for such a period of time required in order to process your order and as provided by law. You may access your order form, free of charge and at any time, by clicking on the section called My Orders inside the MY ACCOUNT on eoxox.com.
2.6 Before placing the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct possible input errors.
2.7 The English language is offered for the execution of the contract with eoxox.com.
2.8 After the contract has been executed, eoxox.com will keep up your purchase order.
2.9 eoxox.com may not keep up purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect, or orders for products that are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that eoxox.com has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof.
If the products displayed on eoxox.com are no longer available at the time of your last access and once eoxox.com has received your order form, eoxox.com shall inform you within seven (7) days of receipt of your order of the unavailability of the ordered products.
If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, you will be asked by e-mail whether you wish to wait for the product to be made or get a refund for the sum you paid.
eoxox.com is able to recreate a product which is unavailable in 30 days. If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, and you reject to wait for the new product to be made, eoxox.com will refund you the sum paid.
2.10 By submitting an order form and contracting with eoxox.com, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on eoxox.com.
2.11 Sending the order form, you confirm to acknowledge and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as of the further conditions contained on eoxox.com, also through links.
2.12 Upon submission of order form, eoxox.com shall send to you, via e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information related to the order form (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the products' main characteristics, a detailed indication of the price, terms of payment, return right and shipping costs).
3. Warranties and Indication of Product Prices
3.1 On eoxox.com, we offer for sale clothing and accessories for kids produced only by UAB "Vilaugė", a Lithuanian company. All products are tested, carefully selected by stringent quality controls. Made in European Union.
3.2 The main characteristics of products are shown on eoxox.com beside each product description. Products offered on sale on eoxox.com may not exactly correspond to the real products in terms of image and colors. Internet browser or the monitor used could also be the reason why products may not exactly correspond to real products. The real product might be slightly different from what you see at eoxox.com in terms of slight color, detail placement differencies.
3.3 Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.
3.4 Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, eoxox.com will not accept returned products that have been altered from their original status, worn or damaged.
4. Payments
4.1 Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.
4.2 PAYPAL. Customer may choose to pay via PAYPAL system. All details (for example your credit card number, expiration date, CVV code are a subject to PAYPAL system itself) are part of PAYPAL system security. eoxox.com owns a premier business account in PAYPAL system. When a payment is made through eoxox.com you are redirected to PAYPAL system to enter your PAYPAL details and make payment via PAYPAL to us. You just need to follow the instructions on screen and click to pay for the items. eoxox.com does not collect any credit card numbers, expiration dates or CVV codes.
4.3 Direct credit card processing via Chronopay. Customer may choose to pay by credit card. Payments by credit card are processed using a merchant account at Chronopay.com. While purchasing on eoxox.com you must provide your billing address, credit card number, expiration date, CVV code. All data is collected in a safe environment protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This is a protocol that provides the highest level of security for communication over the Internet. UAB GLOBALTUS owns a business account in Chronopay system.
4.4 Payment via bank link (Latvia - Swedbank, Estonia - Nordea, Swedbank). Customers from Latvia may choose to pay directly from their bank account via electronic payment system operated by EVP International and Swedbank. You will be redirected to Swedbank Latvia and will be able to pay for your purchase.
Customers from Estonia may choose to pay directly from their bank account via electronic payment system operated by EVP International, Swedbank and Nordea banks. You will be redirected to Swedbank Latvia or Nordea Latvia and will be able to pay for your purchase.
5. Shipping and Delivery of the Products
5.1 We offer regular mail (operated by Lithuanian postal service in Lithuania’s territory and by your local postal service in your country) shipping method. Regular mail delivery usually takes up 9-12 business days. There might be some delays during holidays and there is no tracking service offered.
We offer flat rate worldwide shipping - €5. If your order total is above €50, shipping is free of charge.
5.2 Keep in mind that your order may be subject to import duties, which are levied once your package reaches your country. eoxox.com ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect your local duties and cannot accurately predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. In most cases, these charges are paid directly to the customs officer at your local post office. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Reason for export is Sale. Origin of goods is the European Union, Lithuania.
6. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We want you to enjoy your items! If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately, and we will try to resolve any problem to your satisfaction. Please email us with any concerns at info@eoxox.com.
Refunds: In the unlikely event you wish to return merchandise purchased from eoxox.com, we will refund item costs, but you will be responsible for packaging and shipping costs. You must return the goods in the same original packaging and condition as you received them for a full refund.
Returns: Purchases must be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Please email us at info@eoxox.com with your name, address, order number and reason for return. We will contact you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which we ask that you mark on the outside of the return package. To avoid being responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit, please return the items using an insured delivery service that covers the full cost of the items.

Exchanges: Only clothes may be exchanged for the same item, different size. Purchases must be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Please email us at info@eoxox.com with your name, address, order number, reason for exchange and item you would like to receive. We will contact you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which we ask that you mark on the outside of the return package. To avoid being responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit, please return the items using an insured delivery service that covers the full cost of the items.
Order Discrepancies: Please contact us within 15 days of receipt of shipment if there is a discrepancy in your order. Email us at info@eoxox.com with your name, address, order number and description of the discrepancy. We will contact you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which we ask that you mark on the outside of the return package. Please return the items using an insured delivery service that covers the full cost of the items. We will reimburse you for the shipment and insurance costs and will do our best to resolve the discrepancy as quickly as possible.
Cancellation: Please contact us at info@eoxox.com right away if you decide to cancel an order. If we receive your email after an order has been shipped, then please follow the procedures described in the return policy above.
Personalized Items: Please note that personalized items can not be exchanged or returned for refund. Please double-check the spelling of the name and any other information is correct when you place the order.
7. Refund Procedures
After eoxox.com has received any returned products and checked the conformity of the products with requirements mentioned above, you will receive a notice of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail. Whatever the form of payment used by you (PayPal, credit/debit card), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when eoxox.com learned of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once eoxox.com has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
In the case of gifts, the refund of the sums paid for purchases will be made to the individual who originally purchased the item.

10.1 The Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time, in consideration of new laws and regulations but not limited thereto. The new Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on eoxox.com.
